Vacancy: Workshop Planner/ Calculator

Your duties will include preparing work planning documentation, reviewing drawings and parts lists, and contributing ideas about manufacturability. You will also select and evaluate suppliers, help improve purchasing processes, and advise management on strategy and contracts. You will serve as the link between engineering, planning, and suppliers.
You keep track of everything, contribute practical ideas and ensure that the right information is available at the right time.

Vacancy: Measurement Technician

In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and approving products, and you will play a key role in ensuring quality. You will prepare measurement programmes and program them offline. Experience with Mitutoyo CMM and MiCAT would be an advantage.
You will work closely with colleagues in production and liaise regularly to ensure that complex and challenging products are successfully completed.

Vacancy: CNC milling machine operator/ CAD/CAM programmer
If you are a CNC milling machine operator or CAD/CAM programmer and are looking for an informal organization where you will be given a lot of freedom, then Kusters & Bosch is the right place for you
In this role, you will work with modern CNC milling machines and be involved in the entire production process. Your duties may include operating and setting up CNC milling machines, maintaining the machines and carrying out quality checks. You will also contribute ideas on how to optimise production processes.
Do you have experience in CAD-CAM programming? If so, you could also be involved in external programming for 3-axis and 5-axis Hermle machines with Heidenhain controls. You will optimise existing programmes and set up the production process, from prototypes to series production. You will also set up new jobs so that they can then be handed over to the machine operators.

Experience as a CNC turner is an advantage, but we value your technical understanding, precision and motivation above all else.

Vacature: Bijbaantje zaterdag en/of avond
Are you looking for a fun part-time job on Saturdays and/or in the evenings, and do you have an interest in technology? Then Kusters & Bosch is the right place for you.
In this role, you will support your colleagues in production and assist with a range of practical tasks. For example, you will help to keep the workplace tidy, prepare materials, carry out simple production tasks and perform other support duties within the workshop.
No experience is necessary. What matters most to us is that you are motivated, enjoy working with your hands and have an interest in technology. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a technical working environment and learn more step by step.
