Establishment of Kusters & Bosch: 1990<\/div><\/div>

Kusters & Bosch was founded in 1990 under the name Precist. For the first eight months, the founders, Tom Kusters and Paul Bosch, combined operations with a job at Philips. Tom Kusters' garage served as a workshop.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

New building: 1995<\/div><\/div>

After purchasing a CNC milling machine, turnover grew steadily and the need for a larger space arose. This was filled by the purchase of a plot on Ambachtweg in Mierlo. At the same time, a new building was constructed here.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Doubling production space: 2007<\/div><\/div>

Growth continued, and in 2007 the neighboring building was purchased, doubling Kusters & Bosch's production space. Since then, there has been continuous investment in training personnel, machinery, and organization.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

With the expansion of the milling department, Kusters & Bosch has realised more capacity to better respond to changing customer needs.\u00a0<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Expansion machinery: 2021-2022<\/div><\/div>

Kusters & Bosch is constantly working to improve its services and meet the growing demands of our customers. For this reason, in 2021, we decided to expand our machine park with five new spark erosion machines, two additional lathes, and a Hermle C32 + RS1 robot.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Kusters & Bosch has experienced considerable growth in recent years, and we expect to continue this growth in the future. For this reason, we have decided to purchase new premises that will better suit our needs and allow us to further expand our activities.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Kusters & Bosch strengthens capacity and quality: 2024<\/div><\/div>

In 2024, Kusters & Bosch further expanded its capacity with the purchase of a new Hermle C32, linked to the existing C32 with RS1 Robot. In addition, the measuring department was reinforced with a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex V9168. These investments increase production efficiency and guarantee the quality of complex projects.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Cleanroom: 2025<\/div><\/div>

In 2025, Kusters & Bosch will have a cleanroom facility. This facility will enable products to be assembled and measured under strictly controlled conditions.
